Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, replacements, repairs or exchanges.

* Follow our guidelines set out in the `Jewellery Care' section to limit the wear and tear of your pieces/s. these are items that can brake, it is the nature of the fine chains and minimalist style. 

If a break occurs we will not be able to replace or repair your piece. If this is an issue, please do not purchase from us.

****Many of our pieces are fine and dainty, they have been made with care and are of good quality. Please refer to our Jewellery Care to keep your pieces in good condition.

Shipping policy

  • Please ensure shipping details are correct as we are not liable for any associated loss
  • Once your order has been placed please allow 14 business days for the pieces to be delivered if they are not stocked.
